Amended template file will not save was created by bryanne
I am extremely frustrated. This is the sort of product I would donate to - IF it worked.
Either there is a problem with it or I am starting to "lose it" finally.
My problem is that I try to make a change to a template in EDIT TEMPLATES but it simply will not save the changes or even rename the template. It simply does - well, nothing.
Can anyone help? I have read very good reviews of the product so don't want to give up quite yet.
Many thanks.
joomlamailer version: 1.7.2 (latest)
Joomla! version: 1.5.22
PHP version: 5.2.12
MySQL version: 5.0.92

Hello bryanne,
I am very sorry to see you disappointed. We're doing our best to improve joomlamailer constantly and help out whenever a problem arises.
The problem you describe can have several reasons. Since I could only guess what it may be the easiest way would be if you send me a superadmin login and ftp credentials to your site. Then I can debug the error and come up with a fix if something is wrong or can be improved in joomlamailer. pete@freakedout.de
Kind regards,
Pete
