joomlamailer version: 1.7 (Upgraded to it, had previous version first)
Joomla! version: 1.5.20
PHP version: 3.3.9.2
MySQL version: 5.1.52

Hi there
Can anyone maybe help me. I am trying to upload a email template from inside joomlamailer but I get the following error message:
Fatal error: Cannot break/continue 1 level in /public_html/administrator/components/com_joomailermailchimpintegration/controllers/templates.php on line 252

Then if I try and upload it again it says Error:File already exists.

Any help will be much appreciated. I have not send mail with the integration component yet, was trying it out first and want to use my own template.

Hello Henroux,

It looks like the component wasn't able to extract the uploaded template on the server. Have you uploaded a zip file?
Please login to your site with ftp and navigate to this folder: /administrator/components/com_joomailermailchimpintegration/templates/

Remove the file you were trying to upload.

While you're at it you can upload your template directory to this folder (unzipped). It will then be available automatically in joomlamailer.

Kind regards,
Pete

Hi Pete

Thanks for the quick response. I have tried that earlier too. Funny thing there was no templates folder to upload to. I also tried creating one myself and upload again but did not work. You think i should just uninstall component and reinstall again? or there maybe something else you think I can do?

There was no templates folder? Are you sure you were in /administrator/components and not just /components ?

Yes, try to re-install the component. Maybe there went something wrong during the installation.

Hi

Oh ok, there i do see the templates and the ones i've uploaded. They are still in zip format. Was prompted that I can only upload them with zip etc.

Ok, i have uploaded the template there. First it did not show in joomlamailer. I then created folder for it since the default templates had folders. It then showed in joomla mailer but could not load. Error message said that the file should be named template.html, which i did, but after that it still did not want to load the template. arrr

Anyways, let me know if you know of a solution. I will in the meantime just send them inside my mailchimp account itself.

Would you mind sending me a superadmin login and ftp credentials to your site? Then I could check out why it's not working. pete@freakedout.de
