JomSocial Events & Joomlamailer

I was hoping that by using Joomlamailer, with it's JomSocial integration, that I would see more use of JomSocial content in the emails and for targeting. For instance, if I want to send an email to all subscribers who "are not" registered for a specific JomSocial event, is there a way to do that? Also, is there an nice way to included JomSocial event details in an email? Also, I saw mention somewhere of the ability to included some JomSocial userprofiles in emails? How would I do that?
