Generating Campaigns from RSS

Is this a feature that can be added?: To generate campaigns from an RSS feed and to mail them out as soon as a new item comes in?

After sending an email to MailChimp they said, "Some integrations would perhaps be able to create campaigns immediately based on the content of your site as it is posted and then help send campaigns more immediately."

I'm aware the MailChimp site lets you do this in a limited way (once per day, week , or month), but I'm looking for a solution that would do this much faster.

Including items from RSS feeds is currently not available in joomlamailer. Also, to send out mails when a new RSS item appears you would need a cron job that checks the RSS feed constantly. Or at least a pseudo cron job triggered by site visitors.
However, none of this is currently on our todo list.
