Cannot resolve error message after installing Joomlamailer

I have applied the solutions that I found on this forum regarding resolving the API key error to no avail.

I have generated a number of API keys, does not make a difference.

My host server firewall is disabled and so cannot be the problem.

I have subscribed and sent mailings directly through Mailchimp hoping to resolve the problem, still no difference.

I have run out of options, so will be grateful for your help. Thanks in advance.
