READ BEFORE YOU POST was created by Alexis
Dear User,

if you plan to post a question or start a thread in this forum consider the following things.

Provide as much meaningful and useful information about your problem. "It doesn't work." won't cut it. With all due respect we are no fortune tellers, but we do try to help everyone out in their individual situation. Basic information like the type of template, 3rd party extensions installed on your site etc are the absolute minimum that you should provide. Describe what you did leading up to the problem, are you using Jomsocial, Community Builder, K2? In other words be as descriptive as possible, you know best what combination of extensions you have that are turning the wheels of your site. As much as we love to help you guys out, meaningless posts will be ignored and eventually deleted in the future. Help us help you by saving us time so that we can spend more time developing cool features rather than querying you for information that you could provide in the first place.

Thank you!

Kind Regards,
the freakedout/joomlamailer team
