Joomlamailer Installation gets stuck at creating databases tables was created by axon

I have just completed a new installation Joomlamailer from the latest download on the website 3.0.3. After installing the component I am presented with an orange button in the back end to complete the installation.

When I do click it, I am taken to a wizard that goes through the final steps of the installation. However it is getting stuck after Campaigns are done when it is trying to create new database tables.

I have let this run for a while now but it never seems to advance. I have tried backing out and returning to the Admin back end, but when I go into Newsletters and try to use something I am taken back to this installation wizard.

The version of Joomla we are currently on is 3.9.11
