We are using your latest version (2.5.3) on Joomla 3.6.5. Installation worked fine. We have only one problem with the "Thank you message" after submitting the form. The thank you message from the component MailChimp Signup is not showing up and the loading-symbol never stops spin => see attachments.
But the subscription-workflow works properly, so the subscribers details are shown in the correct list in MailChimp.
What could this be? Do we forgot something?

Sorry for the late reply. Possibly you have error reporting on your server enabled and that is corrupting the json response when submitting the form. Please turn off error reporting and try again.
If that does not help please open the develop console in your browser and check for javascript errors which appear before or after you submit the form. This should give us a hint what is causing the problem.
