Table of contents links/anchors not working was created by empea

joomlamailer version: 1.7
Joomla! version: 1.5.22

When I insert a table of contents in a newsletter the links do not perform as expected.
I am using the following tags in my template to generate the table:

On the Newsletter Create page's sidebar tab I have the 'Table of Contents' option turned on. And the Anchor/Hyperlink option off (becuase I want the anchors to jump to articles inside the email).

When i preview the newsletter this is what the table of contents looks like

And when i email myself a campaign test and click the table of content links I am taken to an archive page for the campaign e.g. www.parktours.com.au/administrator/compo...ampaign=IPT_May_2011

rather than the anchored link.

I've also noticed that the facebook like link in the test takes me to a blank page:
us1.campaign-archive2.com/?u=f605ddc009c...45f8cc&fblike=true&e

And that the 'View it in your browser' link in the test also takes me to a blank page:
us1.campaign-archive2.com/?u=f605ddc009c...1ec&id=f36a45f8cc&e=

Is this happening because it is a test campaign - or is there a problem with the way the links are set-up?
Would be great if anyone can suggest how I can fix these issues.

Guys, this is not very convincing support. 7 months and not any reaction ...

This is only working when you send the newsletter, not with tests.
