Webhooks in Mailchimp?

So I have joomlamailer installed, The Mailchimp API entered, Question: Do I need to add a url to the Webhooks configuration at Mailchimp to have the new Joomla users automatically added to the Mailchimp list? Thanks in advance for your help... :-)
